Last night I went to Marina Bay (yes, the place where people go to watch NDP) for the annual Fireworks Festival. It lasted about 20 minutes (the fireworks only) and boy was it spectacular! One of the songs was from Les Choristes (The Chorus-Singers/Choirboys), a French movie about orphaned boys from world war 2 finding hope by singing, ironically they are taught by a choirmaster who had given up on teaching singing. This movie is quite old already. Should watch it soon - my sis says it's nice. By the way, the movie is not to be confused with the real singers in a group called The Choirboys. Both are good either way, so you should look up both. ^^

I have been thinking about getting a thumbdrive or something, as I have nowhere to store my songs and photos. My phone is not very happy with me and neither am I with it, as it is too with my computer. My dad says the price has dropped already, and a 8GB one costs about $30. I used to want to get an iPod or iPhone, but it's not within my power. I have been contemplating about it, but without a computer, there's no point in getting it anyway so a thumbdrive should be the best for me - for now. Is the iPod or a thumbdrive more worth it? Can anyone tell me?

Today I went out with Natalie, Lorraine, Yap Sheng, Lionel, JJ and CY to Jurong Entertainment Centre to watch Journey to the Center of the Earth. Short movie - about 80 minutes or so. Nothing much to be said about it. Anyways after that Natalie went to watch the same thing I watched last night - fireworks! And last I heard, the rest of them went to Esplanade and I went home 'cos I was going swimming with my dad and my sister. And now I'm back at home, tired from the exhaustion. Haha not really. But. Still.

Gonna go read The Host. Cool book - you should read it too. :D
