SEPTEMBER HOLIDAYS ARE HERE, PEOPLE! (:

Last.... um, last... I mean this Monday (see! short term memory!) I went out with about 9 friends from 6F 2005 - Xinyi, Nicole, Shiqi, Shijia, Weicong, Alwin, Bangming, Xueyuan and Hanwei. (Hope I didn't miss out anyone's name) I met Xinyi very early, at around 11 and we ate and walked around Bedok gawking at phones. (Speaking of phones, stay for further updates!) Then finally we went to Bedok MRT to wait for them at 2. And then.... we had to go to Chinatown (!!!) to meet the rest of them who didn't meet us at Bedok, including Mrs Yang (pri 6 Chinese teacher). She treated us to Macs. Hehe.

Fast forward to the movie at Vivo - Wall-E!

Omj it was so good that I felt so sad when the movie was over (I guess all good things come to an end). The storyline was great, the characters were so adorable and ah, the list goes on. And on. Somehow or other, the rest of them (humans) didn't agree with me. So, I guess that makes.. one of us? Aw geez. WALL-E IS SO GOOD YOU SHOULD WATCH IT PEOPLE! (like who'll listen to me anyway. Just what am I thinking?!)

Here comes the phone part I promised you! So I got my new phone just this Tuesday! It's a white Sony Ericsson w580i. (:

My mom bought it for me at $98! It was originally $178, but after the discounts and trading in of my old phone (I will miss you!) it became $98. The salesperson even threw in a free handphone casing, one sheet of screen protector and two pouches (one of which I gave to Jas, and the other one to my sis) for me. Not forgetting that they were so very nice and sweet people! Even my mom asked them for their names and laughed together like old friends. Btw, I bought the phone at Bedok, at a shop called H2 Hub. Ask me for the contact number! And the thing is that before going to Bedok, we tried going to Parkway, and both shops we asked there had absolutely no more stock for all three of the models I had in mind initially! (Samsung F250, SE S500i & SE w580i) So because of this, it had my mom and I going round and round in circles (okay lah, mostly me dragging her everywhere to scour the place, but still) just to find one phone! I feel so guilty now because she sacrificed her time for me. So to make up for her effort, I shall take very very very very good care of this phone, to prove my thanks. And also do many more obvious things a daughter would do to love a mom lah. (No worries, dad, you have not been forgotten - and I know you read my blog! Wahaha)
